Situations

1. You have just developed a software system and Rahul Gandhi wants it, but you dont want to sell it.

2. You have invented a tool to produce 100% fool-proof fake credit cards.

3. You boss has stolen your software and patented it.

4. You invented a flying machine and your customer is stuck in mid air.

One of these situations will be randomly assigned to each of the 'Developers'. The 'Critics' shall question them on the situation at hand. Judges may also ask their own questions.

One 'Developer' and one 'Critic' shall be awarded.

Please Note:

• Individual Event. (No teams).
• 4 participants shall be chosen as professional designers/developers.
• 4 participants shall be chosen as software critics.
• The designers/developers are each given a situation. Questions are to be asked on that theme by the software critics.
• The merit of the discussion a participant puts up will be the criterion for awarding points.
• If any judge feels that the current question being asked is redundant or unrelated, he/she may over-rule that question.
• Unprofessional behaviour, if portrayed by participants, shall fetch them negative marks.
